I’m passionate about helping people and organisations grow—with purpose, inclusivity, and confidence in a fast-changing world.
Since founding HDC Training & Consultants in 2006, I’ve worked with a wide range of organisations—including schools, colleges, universities, voluntary sector bodies, local authorities, SMEs, and private companies—to deliver tailored training, leadership development, and consultancy in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and organisational change.
My work includes the design and delivery of accredited programmes, bespoke in-house CPD, executive coaching, and interim leadership support. Across all services, my focus remains on creating inclusive, empowered environments where people can thrive.
In recent years, I’ve also become deeply involved in the evolving field of AI and learning technologies. As an AI Prompt Consultant, I help educators, trainers, and leaders harness tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Eduaide.AI, and Microsoft Copilot to streamline planning, reduce admin, and enhance engagement. From designing AI training programmes to leading hands-on workshops, I aim to make AI practical, ethical, and accessible—without losing the human touch.
As a researcher and writer, I develop evaluation reports and learning resources that contribute to stronger leadership practice and greater EDI awareness across the education sector. My research interests lie in educational leadership and diversity, with a particular focus on how cultural competence and inclusion can drive better outcomes in leadership, teaching, and organisational development.
I’m also a qualified and practising life coach, and I bring coaching methodologies into every aspect of my work—whether I’m supporting an individual leader, facilitating a team workshop, or guiding strategic change.
