Through existing local and national data, Black staff are indeed underrepresented in management posts. Our programme consultant, Trevor has assisted the college to develop a thorough and high quality programme designed to get more Black staff into managerial positions. This Level 7 Leadership for Black Staff programme started on 6 September 2023
