This Level 5 Leadership for Black Staff programme started on the 21 September.
Through existing local and national data, Black staff are under-represented in leadership and management positions in the Further and Higher Education sectors. Programme consultant, Trevor Gordon, has assisted the college to establish a thorough and high quality programme designed to get more Black staff into leaderships and managerial positions. Dr Helen Ann Deane of HDC Training, has worked with Trevor and South Bank Colleges (SBC), Lambeth College to develop an ILM accredited programme, to support the advancement of aspiring Black leaders and managers.
