This Level 5 Leadership for Black Staff programme started on the 22 September.
Through existing local and national data, Black staff are indeed underrepresented in management posts. Programme consultant, Trevor Gordon, has assisted the college to develop a thorough and high quality programme designed to get more Black staff into managerial positions.
